Injection Moulding

The injection moulding department has a number of high quality machines, ranging from 20 tons to 450 tons that can produce products with a shot rate of from 18g to 1000g. The machines are also fitted with dryers and robots for sprue picking which ensure high quality production runs. We manufacture products using a number of materials including ABS, EVA, PVC, polypropelene, Nylon, HDPE, LDPE, Styrene, Acetyl etc. At Collier Tool & Die, with a tool and die making background as well as in-house injection moulding and metal pressing, we can design and manufacture complete, high-quality products.
